Features:

★ Integrated molding shell and precision direct transmission mechanism, the reliability and durability of the instrument is greatly improved, transmission mechanism vibration free, to improve the test accuracy to provide a physical guarantee.

★ 32 bits ARM high grade single chip microcomputer control, the operation speed is fast, the operation precision is high, and the use of specially compiled filter algorithm, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the value.

★ 24 bit AD converter, conversion speed, more accurate force acquisition.

★ The improved torsion wire lever structure makes the motion track of the magnetic core of the sensor as close to straight line as possible to ensure the linearity of the test.

★ Adopt high-end LVDT displacement sensor, good linearity, sensitive output signal, accurate impedance matching, to ensure the repeated accuracy of the test.

★ Automatic stop function: in the test of surface tension can be set to automatic stop, after the test is completed the lifting platform will automatically stop movement and display the tension value.

★ Automatic average function, can automatically average and display the results of many tests, reducing the workload and work intensity of operators.

★ Digital LCD display, one side display real-time value, one side display test results. Read test results directly, very convenient.
