AT272 Series Infrared Lab Dyeing Machine (original model HY0140) is the newest infrared lab dyeing machine. It combines the advantages of common infrared machines and high temperature glycerol machines; also it overcomes their deficiencies of large material consumption and pollution.
Features:
★ Intelligent design for chemical lid, easy to add dose chemicals during the dyeing process without opening the lid (optional)
★ Equipped with a programmable intelligent computer control
★ Up to 64 test program settable
★ Adopt solid state relay to control temperature, makes it more accuracy and uniform
★ It use infrared heating system which is low power consumption, no smoking pollution and loss of glycerol, it has good thermal insulation effect and is effective in saving energy and costs.
★ 360o tumbling rotation make the dyeing more uniform and is widely used for all fabric
★ It used air cooling system without using water and cut down the cost.
★ It can work at different liquor ratio from 1:5 to 1:30. It can be matched with spray dyeing machine.
★ The body is made of stainless, good appearance and durable.
★ Different working position and dyeing pot volume selectable.
