Application:

AT804-5 High-voltage Tracking Index Tester(5 station) complies with the requirements of standards such as IEC60587 and GB/T6553. It is suitable for testing the tracking and erosion resistance of electrical and electronic products, household appliances, and their materials. It simulates the use of liquid contaminants and inclined specimens at power frequencies (48Hz-62Hz) to assess the tracking and erosion resistance of electrical insulation materials used in harsh environmental conditions.

★ Number of Samples: This instrument supports simultaneous testing of up to five samples, each with an independent control system.

★ Measurement and Control Circuit: The instrument's core control system is controlled by a PLC. Voltage and current are acquired through optoelectronic isolation, effectively addressing interference issues and ensuring stable data acquisition.

★ Operation and Display: The instrument features a touchscreen display for easy operation and intuitive data display. It displays the real-time leakage current of each sample, the maximum current value from the start of the test, and the real-time voltage value of each sample.

★ Alarm: The leakage current can be freely set between 0mA and 60mA. If the current in a particular test channel exceeds the set value during the experiment, an alarm will be triggered, shutting off the high-voltage power supply to that channel without affecting the continued testing of other samples.

★ Drip Control: The drip flow rate is controlled by a pump. The pump flow rate can be freely set on the touchscreen according to actual needs, making setup simple and convenient. The flow rate is displayed in real time during the test.

★ Liquid Recovery: The test liquid reservoir of this instrument is separate from the used liquid reservoir. Ensures the stability of the test fluid.

★ Time Recording: This device records the time of each test in real time, in minutes.

★ Automatic Voltage Boost: Set the test voltage and automatically boost it to the specified value.

★ Automatic Zero Return: After the test is complete, the voltage automatically returns to zero.

★ Test Time: The test time can be set independently.

★ Exhaust System: An independent exhaust system effectively removes harmful fumes generated during the test.

★ Lighting System: This instrument is equipped with an independent lighting system, which can be activated when observing the internal test conditions and external lighting is insufficient.

★ Voltage Stability: The high voltage of this device is regulated by an autotransformer and supplied to a fixed-ratio oil-immersed transformer, generating the high voltage. The fixed volume of oil in oil-immersed transformers ensures a very low voltage drop during testing at a fixed voltage.

★ Data Calibration: Long-term use of the equipment can cause voltage and current fluctuations. This device can calibrate these values.
