Sketch for Dual-plunger Melt Spinning Machine
NOTE: 1-Mixing part, coagulating bath, hot stretching and relaxing heat setting are optional.
2-AT226A Single Plunger Melt Spinning Machine has a plunger metering part, but no mixing part while AT226B Dual Plunger Melt Spinning Machine has two plunger metering parts and mixing part.
Application:
AT226 Series Plunger-type Melt Spinning Machine is used to carry out the melt spinning of polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and other special materials with plunger metering system. The raw material melts and flows into the plunger-type cylinder. The plunger-type cylinder driven by the servo motor can precisely monitor and control the flow of melt liquid. The melt liquid passes through the filtering plate, distributing plate and then is extruded through the spinneret plate to spin. The spun fiber can be direct wound onto the winding roll or passes through coagulating bath (optional), heat stretching (optional), relax hot setting (optional) and then be wound onto the winding roll.
Function and Structure:
« Material feeding part consists of screw feeder and driving motor. The amount of feeding material is adjustable by adjusting the feeding speed; the stock bin adopts open-able sealing structure with available nitrogen blowing to protect the raw material;
« Plunger metering and melting part: material is heated by heating hood to melt and then flows into the plunger-type cylinder. The forward of plunger is driven by the servo motor to precisely control the flow; multi-section temperature controlling, real-time display and control the inner pressure and the temperature of material;
« Mixing part to evenly mix materials (only for AT226B);
« Heating hood of cast copper with multi heating sections, rapid to heat and high heat efficiency;
« Stainless steel winding roll, disassemble-able structure;

Annex 1-Coagulating Bath
The coagulating bath consists of the shell, liquid level automatic controlling structure and liquid temperature controlling system.
Shell: external two-layer structure made of stainless steel drawing panel.
Liquid level controlling system: liquid replenishing pump, digital liquid level indicator and electromagnetic liquid level controller. The machine can automatically replenish liquid according to the set liquid level to ensure the stability of liquid level and metal sintered filtering screen on the liquid-inlet port can stabilize the liquid flow.
Liquid temperature controlling system: set the heating device on the base of coagulating bath whose temperature is settable and real-time monitored.

Annex 2-Hot Stretching
Hot stretching part adopts two groups of drafting rolls with closed heating cavity. Each group of drafting rolls can be independently controlled. So the draft ratio of product can be accurately controlled by setting the linear speed of drafting rolls.

Annex 3-Relax Heat Setting
In order to eliminate the inner stress of fiber, the heat setting rolls adopts driving rolls with adjustable rotation speed among 0~2800r/min, ensuring fibers can be relax set on a specified tension.
