It is used to test the plastic manholes resistance to external load, mainly water, when the manholes based was placed under ground. It’s a necessary equipment to evaluate the material properties of plastic manholes bases and structural integrity.

It is mainly used to do the mechanical properties tests of manholes. Not only test the anti-shearing and axial load of manholes base, but it can also test thermoplastic pipe’s ring stiffness, compression and ring flexibility.

It’s used to test the impact resistance of manholes and inspection chambers. Place the complete chamber base on the vee block in such a way that at least a 30mm gap between base and block is achieved at point of impact.
