The raw material melts and flows into the plunger-type cylinder. The plunger-type cylinder driven by the servo motor can precisely monitor and control the flow of melt liquid. The melt liquid passes through the filtering plate, distributing plate and then is extruded through the spinneret plate to spin. The spun fiber can be direct wound onto the winding roll or passes through coagulating bath (optional), heat stretching (optional), relax hot setting (optional) and then be wound onto the winding roll.
