HY0501D Textile Moisture Permeability Chamber is used to measure the water vapor transmission rate of fabrics, padded cotton, apparel, etc. This instrument complies with the following international and industry standards: ASTM E96, JIS L1099, BS 7209, and GB/T 12704. It adopts a 16-bit industrial-grade PLC (Mitsubishi, Japan) as the programmable controller to control temperature, humidity, and time, featuring superior anti-interference performance and high data reliability. The Controllable Silicon Stepless Adjusting Technology is applied to continuously and precisely adjust temperature and humidity, with no overheating issues thanks to the PID adjustment function. The rectangular double-layer glass observation window is equipped with a heater to prevent water droplet condensation. The working chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel. The flat handle with no reaction ensures easy and safe operation. Ultrasonic humidification is used for high accuracy. The working chamber temperature and humidity are settable and digitally displayed. The test time is settable and displayed in real-time on the timer's LED.
