Furnace heating uses a precious metal nickel-cadmium alloy wire double-winding system to reduce interference and achieve higher temperatures. The tray sensor is crafted with precision from precious metal nickel-cadmium alloy, featuring high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. For the power supply, the cooling part of the cooling system is separated from the host to reduce the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance. It adopts an open-lid structure for easy operation. It avoids the difficulty of operating the sample on the furnace and the damage to the sample rod. The host uses a water temperature device to isolate the heat from the heating furnace on the chassis and the micro-thermal balance. The furnace can be customized according to customer requirements. It uses an imported 32-bit ARM processor with a Cortex-M3 core, offering fast sampling speed and faster processing.
